Already a proven pioneer in luxury and performance, Mercedes-Benz was looking to pioneer one of the first interactive digital displays within the automotive industry. Mercedes-Benz was looking for a new and innovative way to enhance showroom presence and customer experience.
In 2009, we created an instore interactive touch screen display where a customer could easily browse through inventory, build their vehicle, and purchase their shiny new toy with a single finger—way before GUI and User Experience was a thing. As internet use continued to grow, we integrated this same concept onto their website. Forward to 2017, it's now an industry standard... so I think we've done our job.
